American Dairy Queen Corporation (ADQ) today announced the DQ® App was honored as a winner of Newsweek’s America’s Best Loyalty Programs 2022. This is the second consecutive year the DQ App has earned this distinction.
The award, which recognized top loyalty programs in the United States, was presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
America's Best Loyalty Programs 2022 were selected based on the results of an independent survey taken by more than 4,000 U.S. customers who are members of loyalty programs of retailers or service providers. In total, approximately 20,000 evaluations were collected. Customers were given the opportunity to evaluate various loyalty programs based on six evaluation criteria relevant to consumer experience: Likelihood of Recommendation, Ease & Enjoyment, Benefit, Overall Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Trust. The DQ App satisfied all criteria to earn distinction as a best program.
The DQ App enables fans to access exclusive deals, search for DQ restaurants and browse the latest product offerings, including the Blizzard® of the Month. At participating locations in the United States, fans can order ahead for pick up, customize their favorite food and treats and earn rewards points on purchases. The DQ App is available to fans at no cost on the Apple® App Store® and on Google Play™.
